Three chapters, one mission.
2004 – 2021
Built the foundation
Founded a UX design and development consultancy. Shipped products for 50+ clients across healthcare, e-commerce, and education. Then consulted for Netflix, Nike, Disney, and Pinterest at Level Access. A hospital project where patients struggled with technology I helped build changed everything.
2022 – 2025
Scaled accessibility at Fortune 1
Built Walmart’s enterprise accessibility program from scratch. Trained 4,500+ engineers. Led disability community research through Fable. Directed a $14M GenAI initiative that reduced 40,000 violations to 6,000 in 30 days. Contributed component code to a 2,000+ component design system.
2026 – What’s next
Designing what comes next
Currently building AI-powered accessibility platforms at Allyant. Looking ahead, I want to take a product from the ground up — closer to users, deeper in research, owning the full design lifecycle at a company where accessibility is the mission, not a feature.
